Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Campus Activities (OCA) is to supplement St. John's University Vincentian mission by educating students as whole persons. Campus Activities is responsible for the coordination of the student clubs and organizations. This office facilitates personal growth and development in the Vincentian tradition by providing a variety of opportunities for involvement, service and leadership in co-curricular activities, which connect students with their peers and other members of the University community. The Office of Campus Activities provides numerous independent programming efforts and services throughout the year, including trips to New York City for theater, sports and other cultural events.
The University encourages student participation in any of the numerous clubs and organizations on campus.
Grant-in-Aid |
| St. John's University offers Grant-in-Aid to students who are members of the performing arts organizations.
These are awarded to members who not only fulfill the application requirements, but also continue to participate in the organization during the school year.
Award amounts range depending upon available funds and the recommendation of the director. For information on applying for a grant or membership into the chorus, please contact one of the people below.
